I realize we buy a lot of things because of the “influencers” we follow on social media, but we’re more likely to buy something influenced by people we know and trust. If you recommend a skincare product, amazon deal, or easy recipe to try without an entire blog post in front of it — I’m going to at least look into it. So here is my attempt to help you out with tried and true things I’ve spent actual time and money on in my life. Take it or leave it and happy shopping :)
BFF Claw Clips
These are the BFF claw clips because my friend Whitney took one off of her literal head and gave it to me last year. I loved it so much that when I broke it, I bought my own set. So cheap ($12), so durable, so cute + go vols.
The Warmest Winter Coat
I can’t say enough about the famous “Amazon Coat” because I’ve actually worn it for 3 years. You won’t need another coat. It’s long enough to keep your butt and thighs warm, it’s machine washable and dry-able (WHAT), and it’s actually nice-looking. Keep an eye out for sales. They lower the price by $60+ during the holidays.
Ice Roller For Your Face
I’m new to this thing, but I love a good gua sha and this is even better. It’s easier to use and clean — plus it just feels so good in the morning. Check ouy how good one of my under-eye bags looks after just :45 of rolling. It’s only $7.99, come on.
Creatine Supplement for Big Muscles
I’m not going to give you any science or even a photo for this because I’m not going to flex on you. BUT if you are lifting weights, body building, trying to grow your muscles or just look jacked, you should be taking creatine. Just look it up for yourself. But this is the kind I take because it’s clean and affordable. When I tell you, I can tell a difference in the way my body LOOKS. Be consistent in taking it, but I can’t recommend it enough.
Eyebrow Gel For Lazy Girls
I like a minimal make-up look because I’m lazy, and I don’t understand makeup anyway. Adding an eyebrow gel to your routine makes you look 10x more put together with little to no added effort. I’ve tried two kinds from this brand, and this one is the winner. You can add more if you want a darker look. Just swipe it on, easy peasy for less than $10.
GOOD Cheap Workout Gear
The only goals I have for leggings and shorts is that they aren’t see-through and they don’t roll down when I bend over. CRZ YOGA enters the chat. I bought 3 pairs of their high-waist 4" shorts last year and will never go back to Colorfulkoala (iykyk). You can get a pair of their leggings for under $35 on Amazon.
Best Skin Ever
I’ve told too many people about Seabuckthorn Oil, but it’s because it’s changed my entire skincare routine. I swapped to oil cleansing over 2 years ago, and I won’t go back. I’ve eliminated countless products from my skincare routine by swapping to this oil. (Just refer to the above photo for my results). My breakouts and unevenness have almost disappeared completely except for that one week of the month that no female can avoid.
Instructions for use: Wet your face + wet a cotton round. 1–2 pumps of oil onto the wet round. Cleanse in circular motions, re-wet the round, 1–2 pumps, circular motions until entire face is cleansed. Rinse the round and wipe off entire face (takes 2–3 rinses). Then 2–3 pumps on wet hands applied to wet face for moisturizer.

There comes a time when you realize you need to stop shoping at American Eagle for your woman jeans. You’re an adult now, and you’ve grown up just like Abercrombie and Fitch. I know, it seems counterintuitive, but trust me when I say they’ve come a long way. If you’re like me, your hips and thighs need a little more room than they used to — introducing the Curve Love fit. I have owned approximately 6 pairs in 4 years, and I’ll never go back. It’s worth the money spent for high quality jeans that will last longer than some of your friendships.
